Psychotherapy for Autism and ADHD

Affirming, Compassionate Care for Neurodivergent Individuals

ADHD and Autism are not illnesses to be cured; they are unique ways of experiencing, processing, and interacting with the world. However, navigating a world built for neurotypical minds can often lead to chronic overwhelm, masking, anxiety, and a sense of isolation.

At Polaris Counselling, we provide a neurodiversity-affirming space where you or your child don’t have to hide who you are. Our therapy focuses on understanding your unique brain wiring, processing the trauma of feeling "different," and developing practical tools that actually work for your nervous system—not against it.
